At Anchor & Flame, we believe that faith should be more than something we practice on Sundays — it should inspire and ignite every moment of our daily lives. Our mission is simple yet profound: to design products that help disciples of Jesus stay anchored in hope and ignited by the Holy Spirit.

Our Story
Anchor & Flame was born from both a lifelong love for the Church and a passion for art, design, and storytelling. My name is Charles Ramirez, and for over 15 years I’ve served the Church in the Archdiocese of San Antonio, Texas. My work in pastoral ministries has strengthend my deep love for Catholic tradition, while my background as a graphic designer keeps my creative heart alive.

Over the years, I began to notice the need for a fresh, contemporary re-visioning of Catholic faith and tradition that showcases the Church’s timeless beauty in a way that resonates with modern disciples. I longed to create something that could bring together my love for design, my devotion to the saints, and my desire to help others encounter Christ and the beauty of our faith in everyday life. Out of that desire, Anchor & Flame was born.

Why Anchor & Flame?
The name itself tells our story: The Anchor reminds us of Christ, our firm foundation, and the hope that secures us through every storm (Hebrews 6:19). The Flame symbolizes the Holy Spirit, who ignites our hearts with passion, courage, and love (Acts 2:3). Together, they represent the balance of the Christian life: firmly grounded in faith, yet ablaze with the Spirit’s fire.

Our Products
Every product we design—from stickers and journals to sacred contemporary art and apparel—is created with one purpose: to help Catholics live their faith beautifully and confidently in everyday life.

Stickers become small but powerful reminders of prayer and devotion. Art prints and canvases transform homes, classrooms, and offices into places of inspiration. Journals and apparel carry scripture, saintly wisdom, and timeless truths into the ordinary rhythm of daily living.

Our goal is that each piece is more than just a product—it’s a devotional tool, a conversation starter, and a source of encouragement for living as disciples of Jesus.
